  • Q How do you ensure the quality of your products?

    A We have strict quality controlled inspection team to ensure that all of our products are of excellent quality, and we can provide free sample for you to verify.

  • Q What are your payment terms?

    A T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.

  • Q What certifications do you have?

    A We have certificate like SGS,lSO, CCC, BV and CE for our products, and ISO for our factory.

  • Q What kind of package does your product use?

    A Generally, we use wooden pallets to pack our wall panel and use cartoon to pack the grille, metal line and flooring.

  • Q What is your delivery time?

    A Normally, we can delivery within 15 days after receiving your deposit. 

  • Q Do you provide free samples?

    A
    We can provide samples for free, but you need to pay the freight.

  • Q What is the usual port of transportation for you?

    A Guangzhou, Foshan or Shenzhen ports.
